About cornerstone commissioning inc.
We focus on establishing a foundation for performance as an advocate for facility owners to ensure the building meets the owner's needs.

Cornerstone represents the Owner, with an unbiased focus on the total performance of a building as an integrated system. The company is often hired during the design phase because we bring a strong level of operational expertise and collaborative strength when operational decisions are initially made.
What is Commissioning?
Commissioning is a quality control process to document and verify that facility performance achieves the needs of the institution. More information on the commissioning process.
Commissioning requires unique system and people skills. Cornerstone's broad experience in system design, installation, service, operation and commissioning brings a depth of knowledge and operational expertise to project teams. That is why Cornerstone is usually hired during the design phase by Owners and Architects – avoiding the need for redesign and costly changes during construction or after occupancy.
