PERFORMANCE OBSERVATIONS ON CORNERSTONE COMMISSIONING GROUP:
Commissioning of BSL3AG Building 9
"Through out the Commissioning program starting with Functional Performance Testing then onto Integrated Systems Testing,
Cornerstone led by Mr. Dan Frasier, completed these two test phases of the Bldg No. 9 project with unprecedented success even when the systems were not operating as planned. Dan worked patiently with his leadership, prompting the Team Members to make those necessary adjustments so that the outcome was thorough and successful. This is a quality not found in many Commissioning Agents, and USDA and Merrick and Co. (Designers) should feel relieved that this thoroughly tested Facility can be proudly handed over to the Users as a completed success. And a job well done."
