Cornerstone was initially hired to provide design phase commissioning services on these LEED projects. As a result, most have resulted in Cornerstone providing the construction and acceptance phase commissioning for these specialized, state-of-the-art museums. Some have unique environmental control requirements.
Modular BSL3 Commissioning

When ATCC needed a commissioning authority for their new BSL3 laboratory, they came back to Cornerstone, who had previously commissioned ATCC's BSL2 laboratory several years earlier. The BSL3 laboratory was an eight modular lab addition. This has been one of the most successfully operating BSL3 facilities Cornerstone has commissioned.
