Commissioning Process Development

Each building construction project is unique, calling for a suitable commissioning scope of work. Cornerstone works with its clients to determine the level of commissioning appropriate for the facility and its systems.

Retro-Commissioning

Cornerstone Commissioning has highly experienced staff who have been dedicated to commissioning existing facilities that have never been commissioned before. We understand how to evaluate systems that are prone to waste energy or malfunction.

Annual BSL3 Facility Performance Verifications

Biosafety industry standards require every BSL3 facility to be tested annually to verify performance. Cornerstone Commissioning has a well-defined process for verification and documentation process to support BSL3 facility operators. We also train owners how to set up their own in-house process and provide standard operating procedures for these applications.
